Berlia Annisa

Berlia graduated from the faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, majoring in economy and technology law. During college years, she was actively involved in student organizations namely Business Law Society FH UI, and served as Vice Manager of Intellectual Property and Technology Division. She has also actively practicing her legal competences by joining and winning several Legal Opinion and Contract Drafting competitions.

Prior to joining ASP Law Office, she gained valuable experience by working as an intern in Bank Indonesia and in a prominent law firm in Jakarta.

Berlia joined ASP in 2021. Throughout the year in ASP Law Office, she has been primarily involved in several projects of Initial Public Offering. She has also been involved in a numerous domestic and foreign transactions such as company acquisitions and restructuring.
